Shipping Info: Items will be shipped via USPS Media Mail or UPS Ground, depending on which happens to be cheaper when we look. Shipments will go out between 1 and 10 business days after the PayPal transaction is confirmed, depending on how busy we are when the order is placed. If possible, we will contact you when your shipment goes out with an expected date of delivery.
Return Policy: Only unopened, undamaged items will be accepted as returns. The buyer will be credited $5.00 for eligible returns (this covers our original cost of shipping) and return shipping will be paid for by the buyer.
If you received your items in an already-damaged state, please contact us at themoodmanual@live.com where we will do the best we can to address the issue.
